JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Involve in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, staff management and discipline

·         Develop, review and implement company HR policies, procedures and guidelines to be in-line with company culture & practices

·         Provide sound advice to the management on all HR related matters

·         Preparation and analyzing of management reports and statistics

·         Promote staff development and ensure high working efficiency of the HR department

·         Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by the management

·         Have experience in assessment tools e.g. DISC is an advantage

 

REQUIREMENT:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field

·         At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·         Conversant in verbal & written English

·         Full-time position available
