Job Description:

  • To achieve sales target and build up customer base
  • Develop new business in accordance with the short and long term objective of the company
  • New local market development and analysis (company position, competitors analyze, market size, growth and price evaluation)
  • To achieve high level of customer intimacy through technical and commercial solutions, KAM methodologies and Starway CRM
  • To provide relevant information and proposal for credit management and follow up on timely customer payments
  • Proposes new product developments to ensure sales growth and local competitiveness
  • Propose short term and long term strategies in Indonesia
  • Submit timely and accurate sales report and forecast


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical field
  • Minimum 10 years in sales or sales development position
  • Experience working in multinational environment of chemical industry
  • Preferably with sales/technical experience in silicone industry
  • Experience in managing distributors
  • Proactive and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Result driven and strong leadership skills
