Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for day-to-day HR operations for the company
  • Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, accumulating resources, resolving problems, implementing change
  • Partner on the internal and external management, communication of HR project progress to releveant stakeholders
  • Develop and organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to organization
  • Implement and maintain all human resources policies

Job Requirement:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of HR / Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills / experience
  • Strategic HR competencies required Talent Management, Leadership Development, Time Management, Succcession Planning and Coaching
  • Proactive, independent and possess strong leadership, project management, influential and business skills with integrity
