Job Description:

  • Ensure execution of key HR processes such as performance review/salary reviews
  • Ensure timely collation of reports for SEA
  • Oversee timely payroll processing
  • Participate and support corporate/APAC HR initiatives
  • Meet recruitment needs which is key to growing the business
  • Onboarding for new hires
  • Make, review and update HR policies
  • Improve HR proceses
  • Oversee office admin matters
  • Coach and mentor HR Assistant
  • Coach peers and provide feedback on people related issues
  • Act as overseer for office to ensure discipline & execution of smooth running

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • At least 10 years of general HR practitioner experience with minimum 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience for sales, customer care, technical and finance positions
  • Familiar with payroll processing and local tax reporting guidelines
  • Good understanding of how HR interact with various business functions
  • Experienced in implementing AP/global initiatives and programs
  • Fluent written and spoken English
