Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize calendar, filling documents/records, appointments, expenses, emails, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on action items
  2. Manage highly confidential and sensitive information
  3. Lead or actively participate in the planning of business conferences, luncheons, events, and dinners involving both internal and external parties, this include preparing tools and materials needed
  4. Facilitate travel arrangements and itineraries
  5. Render assistance to cover fellow colleague during their absence
  6. Support any ad hoc and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma degree in business/administration/secretary
  2. Minimum 5 years experiences in related field with at least 3 years in serving C level
  3. Well-organize, discreet, self-motivated, pro-active, meticulous, and able to communicate effectively to all level with positive working attitude
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  5. Good command in English both written and speaking, able to speak Mandarin will be a great advantage
