Job Description:
  1. Monitor and execute lead time reduction.
  2. Coordinate daily staff activity and enforce policy and procedure expectations.
  3. Keep up to date on all relevant Warehouse & Transportation operations on a daily basis.
  4. Assist with incoming calls to the warehouse concerning appointments, order changes, tracking shipments, etc.
  5. Participate in Quality Assurance initiatives and departmental statistics.
  6. Communicate effectively in a cross-departmental environmental.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
  1. Bachelor degree required, preferably civil engineering
  2. Minimum five years of work experience in the construction or property industry with logistics, supply chain and/or strategic planning capacity
  3. Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  5. Ability to lead team and influence decision
  6. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
