Job Description:

1.       Ensure sustainable profit margins and operating budgets through effective cost systems

2.       Develop and supervise plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastages

3.       Mentor, train and encourage staff by providing continuous performance feedback and identifying a talent pipeline

4.       Actively involves in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared

5.       Manage the operations with a higher staff productivity level from the targeted revenue

6.       Assist the Director to establish corporate deals that potentially can generate a catering business from corporate clients

Job Requirement:

1.       Minimum education – Diploma 3 on Culinary or related

2.       Minimum 5 years in same position, preferable in the commercial catering industry

3.       Certified in HACCP and Food Safety

4.       Have a good business sense with the same time is a good cost controller

5.       Agile and creative, honest and reliable

6.       A good problem solving skill for the operation
