Job Descriptions:

1.     Define and lead procurement strategy including excellent category strategy development, innovative sourcing, negotiation skills, financial acumen, procure to pay, and contract drafting while implementing the best practices

2.  Conduct periodic analysis on procurement practices including cost and scenario analysis for improvement

3.      Monitor market conditions to identify opportunities and avoid sharp market increases and availability issues and communicate the risks/opportunities to management

4.     Manage supplier performance and strategic supplier relationship management including supplier development and ensure suppliers are continuously improving in the area of quality, cost, service, and delivery performance

5.     Provide commercial insights and propose new ways or processes, continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives

6. Provide marketplace benchmarking for best practices and pricing



Job Requirements:

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

2.     5+ years of experience in procurement with FMCG environment is an advantageous

3.      An analytic and a problem-solving with attention to detail

4.      Strong procurement base and an understanding of the supply chain role

5. Excellent commercial instinct, business knowledge, negotiating skills, and networking

6.    Conversant in English with excellent communication and organizational skills
