Job Description:

1.       Responsible for front office operations and guest relations department and driving team to achieve business goals

2.       Responsible for planning the forthcoming arrivals and departures of guests to ensure guest satisfaction is achieved

3.       Ensure standards and policies are abided by team and the best customer service experience is provided to all guests

4.       Motivate, train and develop team, promote team spirit and professionalism

5.       Proven conflict resolution skills and leadership skills to drive initiatives to improve the team and the business


Job Requirement:

1.       Bachelor Degree with 8 – 15 years of experience from the hotel, food & beverage and travel industry

2.       Must have at least 5 years of management experience

3.       Excellent guest services skills, ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

4.       Exceptional interpersonal skills and focused on delivering quality customer experiences and services

5.       Must be flexible and willing to work on schedules rotated over weekends and public holidays
