Responsibilites :

1.       Assist the HR Manager in operations of the HR function and duties (end-to-end in daily basis)

2.       Involve in documentation process and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, payroll)

3.       Assist management in the management of relevant Position Descriptions & Standard Operation Procedures to clearly identify the principle roles of all staff members

4.       Proactively develop in-house assessment procedures and develop strategies within the management and supervisory team that is able to respond sensitively to the result of any Assessment

5.       Assist the management team in ensuring a productive relationship with the Staff Association

6.       Be an engaged contributor in the Management Team that produces and delivers in-house training modules


Requirements :

1.       Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent

  1. Min. 7 years’ experience in manufacturing company
  2. Having knowledge of HR Generalist, KPI/BSC/OKR, Indonesian Labor Law, and experience with HRIS will be preferred
  3. Good leadership, organization, employee coaching, decision making, time management, communication & negotiation skills
  4. Pro-active, hard-worker, able to work in  fast-paced work environment and under pressure (independent as well as in a team)
  5. Good command in English
