Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient operation.

2. Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, reports, schedule appointments, follow up, etc.

3. Ensure proper personal filing.

4. Ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

1. At least 4 years in the related fields is required for this position, finance, secretary or administrative support or equivalent.

2. Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

3. Understand the Balinese language will be preferred.

4. Detail oriented, service oriented and result driven.

5. Willing to be relocated to Bali.
