Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation and effective management of the company’s operations, including profit and loss, business development, Legal, HR, and Finance.
2. Monitors the annual plan and budget and ensures optimum utilization and allocation of resources across the organization.
3. Maintains good relations with customers and partners and ensures satisfactory customer service levels.
4. Ensures all policies and procedure are kept in line with legislative requirements and corporate policies, and that they are systematically reviewed in line with statutory requirements and organizational changes.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Business Studies / Accounting / Finance / Management / Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry in Indonesia.
3. Good level of English speaking, reading and writing.
4. Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating and mentorship.
5. Effective conflict resolution, time management and problem-solving skills.
6. High level of integrity and professionalism.
