Job Description:
  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  3. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  4. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  5. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  6. Prioritize and managing may open cases at one time
  7. Testing and evaluating new technology
  8. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer or equipment

Job Requirement:
  1. Diploma Degree or higher in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
  2. Minimum 4 years experiences
  3. Linux administration experience (e.g. Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS) with a focus on web (Apache/Nginx)
  4. Experienced in setting up and maintaining of network firewall, Zimbra mail server and Mikrotik routers
  5. Experienced in using VM Ware
