Job Description:
- Handle business correspondence drafting, internal reports and numerical data analyzing
- Manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments
- Provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient operation
- Ensure proper personal filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years experiences in the related field is required for this position, secretary / administrative support / customer service or equivalent
- Excellent English speaking and writing is a must
- Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and result-driven
