Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales target and build up customer base and high level of customer intimacy through technical and commercial solutions, KAM methodologies and Starway CRM
  2. Develop new business in accordance with the short and long term objective of the company
  3. Provide relevant information and proposal for credit management and follow up on timely customer payments
  4. Proposes new product developments and short-term and long-term strategies in Indonesia to ensure sales growth and local competitiveness
  5. New local market development and analysis
  6. Submit timely and accurate sales report and forecast

Requirement:

  1. Minimum 10 years in sales or Sales Development position
  2. Experience working in multinational environment of chemical industry (preferably with sales/technical experience in silicone or chemical industry)
  3. Experience in managing distributors
  4. Proactive, and Ability to work with minimum supervision
  5. Strong leadership skills and result driven
  6. Have a local language skills and multi-culture awareness
