Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and build up customer base and high level of customer intimacy through technical and commercial solutions, KAM methodologies and Starway CRM
- Develop new business in accordance with the short and long term objective of the company
- Provide relevant information and proposal for credit management and follow up on timely customer payments
- Proposes new product developments and short-term and long-term strategies in Indonesia to ensure sales growth and local competitiveness
- New local market development and analysis
- Submit timely and accurate sales report and forecast
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years in sales or Sales Development position
- Experience working in multinational environment of chemical industry (preferably with sales/technical experience in silicone or chemical industry)
- Experience in managing distributors
- Proactive, and Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong leadership skills and result driven
- Have a local language skills and multi-culture awareness
