Job Description:
- Planning and Calculation: Perform calculations and analysis of electrical requirements and plan electrical systems for factory construction and development projects.
- Electrical System Design: Design efficient and reliable electrical systems, including utilizing the latest technology in factory automation.
- Installation and Setup: Supervise the installation and setup of electrical equipment, ensuring all devices operate optimally.
- Commissioning: Conduct commissioning of machinery and automation equipment to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Factory Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions to improve factory operational efficiency.
- Energy Savings: Design and implement energy-saving strategies through the use of capacitor banks, transformers, and other energy-efficient technologies.
- Maintenance and Servicing: Develop preventive maintenance plans and perform routine maintenance to ensure the reliability of electrical systems.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of electrical systems and provide periodic reports on efficiency and improvement recommendations.
Technologies Utilized:
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): To control the speed of electric motors and optimize energy consumption.
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC): For automating factory processes, increasing operational efficiency and flexibility.
- Energy Management System (EMS): To monitor and manage energy usage in real-time.
- Smart Grid Technology: For more efficient integration and management of energy resources.
- Capacitor Bank: To improve power factor and reduce energy losses.
- High-Efficiency Transformers: To ensure efficient power distribution with minimal losses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in an industrial or factory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, factory automation, and energy-saving technologies.
- Ability to design and implement efficient electrical systems that meet industry standards.
- Familiarity with capacitor banks, transformers, and other energy-saving equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
