Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector, including the building materials and electrical industries.
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Analyze market needs and plan effective sales strategies to increase elevator sales.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting achievements and progress.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that clients’ technical requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, including building materials or electrical sectors.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of elevator products and the construction market.
- Market analysis ability and awareness of industry trends.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
